Raw Zucchini Tahini Veggie Dip

Vegan, oil free, raw, and healthy! Use this dip for veggie sticks and chips, as a substitute for hummus, a sandwich spread, or add extra lemon juice and make it a light and fresh salad dressing!
 
 
In a food processor, combine:
1 large zucchini, grated
2 Tbsp raw tahini (sometimes hard to find raw, use regular if raw isn't available)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 garlic cloves, grated
*you can add any other seasonings you'd like to change up the flavor a little
Blend in the food processor until smooth, scrapping the sides often to make sure everything is mixed well
