Spicy Avo-Mango Smoothie

I decided today that this is my new favorite afternoon snack...it's creamy, cold, nutritious...and SO good! I've been doing some experimenting with avocados in smoothies, but this one with the combo of mango and avocado, I would even go as far as to say it's life changing! (It's the little things in life...)Because the avocados are not the only secret ingredient here...I've also added kick to this smoothie with turmeric, ginger and cayenne pepper! Say wha?! It's sweet..it's spicy..it's smooth..it's just perfect. How could it get any better? Take a look at all the marvelous nutrition benefits you are getting:

*Mangos-variety of antioxidants and phytochemicals and high in prebiotic dietary fiber*Avocados-healthy fat that raises good cholesterol and lowers bad, jam packed full of vitamins and minerals*Turmeric-used in traditional Indian and Chinese medicines for its anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties and is high in Vit B6, potassium and iron*Cayenne-very high in vitamins and minerals and is said to have fat burning properties
                               
                          - 1/2 fresh mango
                      -1/2 medium avocado
                                    -6-8 ounces coconut water
                                    -1/2 lime, juiced
                                   -1/4 tsp turmeric
                                    -1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
                                     -dash of ginger, dash of sea salt
                                  -a couple drops of liquid stevia (could use honey or agave)
                                 -A couple of ice cubes    
Add everything to your high speed blender (I use the nutribullet, awesome!)
                                       Blend until smooth and creamy
